In this example, validation errors are shown in the balloon but you can also use Audio Assist with your current text error notification.
No messy alterations to your existing code. Simply trigger appropriate audio when your validation error message is shown.
Site-Speak will provide you with the standard checkout validation audio bytes or you can record your own audio.
Audio Assist can be set up to announce the name of each required field. This can be extremely helpful for mobile users when fields names are difficult to see.
For this Demo, Audio Validation has been turned off for the "State" and "Payment Method" Fields. Note the difference in user experience when you try to continue without selecting a State or Payment Method.
Audio Assist can be set up to play an opening message or to provide helpful tips and explanations.
Everyone has been “stuck” on a form because it’s not immediately obvious what field is incorrect. With Audio Assist those customers will not go to your competitors.
